Therapist

I have been living, working and playing in the Tetons for over 21 years and a massage therapist for 16+. From being an avid skier, mountain biker and doing weight training I am in tune with the common problems of living an active lifestyle. In my previous life I sat behind a desk and once I found this place of immense beauty, I realized I wanted to make more of a difference and help people. I attended Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, FL. In conjunction with the 665 hour Massage and Hydrotherapy program, I completed a 335 hour Advanced Sports Massage program. Within my sports program I got hands on experience with all types of athletes at different sporting events, along with working side by side with two competitive athletes throughout the program.

I loved my school and the balance of modalities and science that I now use in Anew Massage. I feel that knowing the anatomy and the way the human body moves is one of the most important aspects of massage therapy. In addition to my schooling in Florida I have taken a number of hours of continuing education, I have worked at world renowned spas, and am a NASM certified personal trainer. I enjoy seeing my repeat clients and the progress they make with both massage and taking care of one self. I also enjoy the overall challenge of helping new clients.
